1. Service Agreement

By hiring JIONS Packers and Movers Gurgaon, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the responsibilities, liabilities, and expectations between you (the customer) and us (the service provider).

2. Booking and Cancellation

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the moving date.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the move may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing is based on volume, distance, labor, and additional services requested.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

• We take utmost care in handling your goods. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by unforeseen events or improper packing by the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or government restrictions.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items will not be transported: hazardous materials, explosives, perishable items, or illegal substances.

6. Insurance

We recommend purchasing transit insurance for added protection. JIONS Packers and Movers Gurgaon may assist in arranging insurance, but the agreement will be between you and the insurance provider.

7. Claims and Complaints

All claims regarding damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts only.
